Terms and Conditions for Mobile Tyres OnDemand Ltd Service

We provide mobile tyre fitting, repair, and replacement services at your preferred location ("Service Location"). Our trained technicians will arrive at the agreed time and address to carry out tyre-related services.

2.1 Service Availability: Our Service is available within designated service areas, which will be confirmed at the time of booking. Availability of technicians may vary based on location, time of day, and demand.
2.2 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email, SMS, or notification from our system.
2.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

3.1 Service Fees: The cost of the Service will be based on the tyres chosen, the type of service requested (e.g., replacement, repair), and the service location.
3.2 Payment Methods: Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of the Service via our accepted payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, or other forms of payment as available.
3.3 Additional Charges: You may incur additional charges for services beyond the original scope (e.g., emergency repairs, out-of-hours requests, or extensive labour).

4.1 Service Requirements: You agree to provide a safe, accessible location for the tyre service to be carried out. This includes access to the vehicle and necessary space for our technicians to perform the service safely.
4.2 Inspection: Our technicians will inspect your vehicle's tyres and may provide a recommendation for necessary repairs or replacements.
4.3 Tyre Replacement: If you request a tyre replacement, you must ensure the tyres meet the necessary specifications for your vehicle, or our technician may suggest alternatives.
4.4 Delays: While we aim to complete services within the scheduled timeframe, unforeseen circumstances (such as traffic, weather, or technical issues) may result in delays.

5.1 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate information regarding your vehicle, including the make, model, and tyre specifications.
5.2 Vehicle Access: You must ensure that the vehicle is accessible, and the tyres are not obstructed by any other items.
5.3 Safety: You must ensure that the vehicle is parked in a safe location, free from hazardous conditions.

6.1 Warranty on Service: We provide a [X]-day warranty on the work completed, excluding any damage caused by external factors or misuse.
6.2 Tyre Warranty: Any tyres provided by us are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be handled directly through the tyre manufacturer.
6.3 Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any issues arising from the Service is limited to the cost of the Service itself. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7.1 Personal Information: We will collect, store, and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include your contact details, vehicle information, and service preferences.
7.2 Consent: By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purpose of providing the Service and improving customer experience.

8.1 Termination by You: You may terminate or cancel the Service at any time in accordance with our cancellation policy.
8.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in illegal or disruptive activities.
